Migration - We've built two major websites in the Phalcon PHP framework. I was a little worried about this migration Philip Olsen at RelateHost responded very professionally and migrated almost 500 GB data at a very fast. We had few initial configuration issues after migration, RelateHost team monitored and resolved the issue.
Technical support: I opened tickets for multiple technical issues, including security, databases issue, etc. They were fast and responsive. My tickets will be answered and resolved mostly within a few hours.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with RelateHost services.
My sites with RelateHost are in good hands. We're hosting a few websites. The price is remarkably low. Websites and email accounts are not accessible once in a while, although it may be a temporary issue. The team from RelateHost tolerates my stupid questions.
