$149 for a Server Disaster, Zero Support, and Endless Frustration!

Like many others, I read both the positive and negative reviews on Trustpilot. I assumed the negative reviews might have been posted by a few disgruntled customers. So, I reached out to them on WhatsApp. They were friendly and polite, and I needed solid support, which they promised to provide via chat.

I placed my order on October 1, 2024. They told me the server would be delivered in 5-7 days.

The first server was finally delivered after 9 days. I was out of the office, so I began the installation on October 12. I simply installed cPanel and tried to transfer my first domain using the Transfer Tool. It was about a 2GB website. During the transfer, at around 50%, it failed, and the server crashed. The SSH server went offline. I urgently contacted them as my old server was about to expire. After 4 hours, they responded on WhatsApp, telling me to raise a support ticket. I did so, but received no reply. After a day, I requested an OS reinstallation. It’s now been 2 days, and they still haven't completed what is essentially a 5-minute task. I've had to pay my old hosting provider to keep my sites online. All the positive reviews here are fake. Their refund policy is a scam. Now, someone from Qloudhost will probably respond, trying to justify everything instead of offering an apology.

For $149, you’ll get:

-- Only an IP address and password, plus a lot of headaches.
-- No access to a control panel where you can reboot or reinstall the server; instead, you’ll need to submit tickets and wait days for simple tasks.
-- IPMI access is only available after begging for several days.
-- On top of that, they’ll treat you terribly.

Stay away from this scam company.

QLOUDHOST TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT ILLEGALLY , FULL FAKE REVIEWS AROUND
NEVER EVER USE THIS ABUSIVE, HORRIBLE PLACE, THEY TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT ILLEGALLY,

THEY USE FAKE REVIEWS ONLY, LOOK CAREFULLY,

THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING, CANT EVEN INSTALLING A SERVER,

THERE IS NO SUPPORT ALMOST,

SOFTACULOUS AND NO SOFTWARES THEY INSTALL DOESNT WORK.

AND NOW MY DATA UNREACHABLE , PROBABLY THEY DELETED TOO, BECAUSE THEY CANT EVEN INSTALL PROPER SERVER AND THEY DOING 3 MONTHS, AND EVERY THEIR INSTALLS TAKES 10 DAYS !!!!!

AND THEY WANT TO KEEP THE STOLEN MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT APPARENLY, SYING IM NOT ELIGIBLE TO REFUND ( ITS NOT SERVICE MONEY ITS LITERALLY ILLEGALLY TAKEN FROM MY BAN ( STOLEN))

Do you want us to share the screenshot of our discussion on tickets were you threatening our team members to fix Kernel related issue in just 2hrs else you'll start spreading negative reviews?

Be advised all bare metal servers comes with Unmanaged Support but we still offer all possible support on all your tickets instead of respecting such efforts you started calling us Cheater, Fraud Scammer?

Seriously?

If we were pulling money from your accounts 3-4 months and were using the servers during this period of time with few support tickets.

Do let me know if we can share your ultimatum to our team given by you?

And just to remind you sir you were requested to take backup of your corrupted Kernel server and Reinstall >> Restore the backup again which falls under managed services or sometimes extended support.

Do let me know if our team taken more than such long time just to reinstall (No Backup)
