OVH to nierzetelna firma i niestety zawodna w hostingu

OVH to firma, która działa na zasadzie "nie mamy Pańskiego płaszcza i co nam Pan zrobi".
Usługi hostingu są na słabym poziomie - w ciągu kilku lat używania miałem kilka okresów gdy nie dochodziły maile na domenę i po zgłoszeniu do OVH miałem tylko "wzruszenie ramion" - żadnej pomocy lub nawet dochodzenia co mogło być nie tak. Nie wyobrażam sobie takiej usługi w profesjonalnym zastosowaniu.
Dodatkowo ostatnio przy przedłużaniu domeny przelała się czara goryczy - zastosowali trick gdy podali niską cenę przedłużenia, ale przy płatności cena była wyższa. Reklamacja nie przynosi skutku, a OVH zagroziło, ze nie przedłuży domeny jak nie zapłacę pełnej ceny - takie typowe zagrywki nieuczciwych firm. Na szczęście są instytucje typu UOKiK.
Z tego co widzę na Trustpilot, mój przypadek nie jest odosobniony - jest nas już prawie 2 tysiące! wow! szok! Szkoda że nie trafiłem tu zanim nie założyłem hostingu kilka lat temu. Ale innym co tu trafią zdecydowanie odradzam hostingu i domen z firmy OVH.

Tragiczna obsługa

Tragiczna obsługa. Pan z pomocy technicznej obraża się, rzuca słuchawką, dramat! Dopóki działa to jest w miarę OK, jeżeli trzeba prosić o pomoc - za którą nawiasem mówiąc naprawdę sporo się płaci to wychodzi prawdziwe oblicze OVH. Omijać szerokim łukiem!

No support at all! Terrible and frustrating experience

I manage multiple domains connected to hosting with OVH. Unless you pay for premium there is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Morover options like for example editing/ resetting DNS servers are unavailable. Most tutorials are in French overall i don't wish anybdy to deal with OVH! Please choose a different hosting after 6 months of constant issues I've transferred all of my domains.

Never again.

Rarely do I get motivated enough to leave a review (good or bad) anywhere, but this time was intense even for me.
Stuff that is terrible, that I will not focus on in this review is: control panel (slow and terrible layout), speed of your website, the way data is updated in OVH system (like FPT accounts take 15 minutes), language translations or simply lack of thereof (in this case default is French).

Stuff that was terrible and tipped the scales this time is my purchase of an overpriced SSL certificate (this is my fault), which disabled my website for 72 hours, because of a glitch in their system.
Two support tickets, tried calling the hotline (but standard support is no support, you only receive links to documentation), so finally I have requested a refund for the SSL certificate.
Finally some replies and fixes took place, but they were still trying to put the blame on me, while in the logs of the SSL installation it said ERROR in red on every single line.
Anyways, they also said I will not be getting a refund for this, so I just thanked them for our cooperation.
I am currently migrating to another provider and right off the bat I had a problem, which was solved under 2 minutes through live chat.
I am unsure how in the world I decided to go with OVH a yeah ago, but please DO NOT make the same mistake.

Useless Customer Support

Your Customer Service is the worst in the industry. Paid for a new domain, a full years hosting and a domain transfer. Submitted the relevant info for the domain transfer half way through December AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! Two Support tickets opened and both ignored. Your company has taken our money and has NOT provided the service we paid for ?
