Nerdster markets themselves as "Australia's Coolest Web Hosting Company." While this may come off as a little unprofessional, they actually do have a nice company in place and have helped a lot of customers get the hosting they need. They sell domains, web development, web security and,, of course, web hosting. With thier hosting they have shared options, VPS, dedicated servers and more.
They also support all the most common content management systems and other options that can help make your hosting experience quite nice. The prices aren't the lowest I've seen but they aren't bad either. In most cases, customers will be quite happy with the overall level of service that they get.

You'll get a nice 99.9% uptime guarantee with this company, which is fairly standard for web hosting. In addition, they offer great technical support options 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. This is through email, live chat or a ticketing system. They do have a phone number staffed, but only during business hours.
To keep their sites up and stable they use very high quality hardware in their data center. This helps ensure there won't be any hardware failures or other similar issues. In the event that something does happen, they respond quickly to address it.
