There is, however, a catch, which to JustHost’s credit they clearly point out. Although signup prices are budget-friendly, renewal prices are closer to midrange. Also, if you decide that the service isn’t for you within the 30-day grace period JustHost provides, getting your money back can take longer than you might expect.
One of best things about JustHost is how easy it is to access and use the features it offers. Everything is straightforward, from its website builder to its 1-click app installation tool and free SSL certificates. Advanced features are similarly easy to utilize.
We were especially enamored with the platform’s 1-click script installation, different types of SQL databases and the amount of support JustHost offers for complex functionalities including flash and streaming. Additionally, the high quality of the company’s customer support enhances the simplicity of using the service.
Overall, JustHost’s uptimes are adequate although to be fair to the service, they don’t make guarantees regarding their reliability. We tested JustHost over several months to determine their precise average uptimes and whether we were in for frequent service outages. To our surprise, JustHost’s average uptimes were a solid 99.8%, well above the industry average of 99.4%.
On the other hand, our tests showed page load speeds of 1.9s on average, which is within Google’s suggested page load times. Google has put an emphasis on page load time when it comes to SEO rankings, and JustHost’s speeds will keep your website snagging customers and boosting search engine ratings. It’s worth noting that JustHost has just one data center in Utah, so overseas customers may experience longer load times.

There is, however, room for improvement when it comes to their knowledge base.
