The support team fixed a blocked IP in a jiffy for my client who has multiple devices, with one device logging in with the incorrect password. This in turn blocked his access to his sites
Left me out to dry, quick to take money slow to help
Had an issue with my VPS, they wouldn't even bothering replying or getting it back online. I couldnt get access again, and was left out to try find a quick solution for my services to go online again. Just go find another host, there are plenty of good ones.

It's important to note that your server was not offlined for no reason, your server was suspended for violating our Acceptable Use Policy where a complaint was lodged via our abuse center pending your response. Upon replying to the complaint, you failed to remain patient in awaiting a response from our staff to resolve the matter.
Your ticket was automatically closed after you submitted a cancellation for the suspended server.

IveCloud, has the best support ever!!! I have had a few problems with my site lately and if I can't fix it myself they are always willing to assist me no matter what needs to be done!! I would just like to thank 3 people in particular Samantha Engelbrecht, Theo Goosen and Kobus Swanepoel, this last week has been a massive train mash for me as my site has been giving me weird problems 24/7 the last while and the 3 of them have been there to assist me in every way possible, from troubleshooting to actually sitting with me for hours on Anydesk to get to the bottom of the problem. I just want to say thank you very much I really appreciate it!!
