Horrible Customer Service

These guys never try to help and are very rude in phone call. They don't communicate properly about payment failure which was due to old credit card and put the blame on us to pay huge extra fee for the renewal of expired domain.

The SUPERVISOR "TANIA" spoke VERY RUDELY and never tried to help. And hanged up by encouraging me to give any review I want.
