Thanks to the great quality hardware and the fact that they have their own custom built data centers, it is very likely that you will have a very good and reliable experience with this company.  They even have a fail over cluster setup for their CLoudLinux services.  I didn’t see an actual uptime guarantee in place, which is a little disappointing, but from what I have found there is no reason to be concerned about the reliability of this company.  They have been providing good, stable hosting services for a long time.

Features

Good Quality Hosting Features

This company has a lot of nice features to offer.  Looking at their shared hosting options first, they have three different packages to choose from.  The first one starts with 10 gigs of disk space and it seems like unlimited bandwidth for all the packages.  They only allow you to host one site on this level though.  You can move up to the highest shared hosting option and get 50 gigs of disk space and host as many sites as you want.  They offer a 15 day free trial on their entry level shared hosting option, so that is a nice little feature. They offer Linux, Windows or Bitrix hosting.

Move up to the VPS options and you’ll have four packages to choose from.  The disk space ranges from 10 gigs to 75 gigs.  RAM comes in 250 megs up to 2 gigs, and the CPUs are either 500 MHz for the entry level or 2000 MHz for the rest.  All of the bandwidth is unlimited.

Looking through the dedicated server options you will see that there are a lot of choices.  This is nice since it allows you to get the exact servers you need for the right price.  They offer redundant hard drives at this level too, which is very nice.  RAM starts at 2 gigs and up to 16 gigs.  The CPU has a wide range of options too.

For all your hosting options you can use the one click installs for a variety of types of software and they do a great job at keeping everything up and running.

Quality Tech Support

The tech support is available 24/7 and they are very easy to get in touch with.  You can fill out a ticket or give them a call on one of their three Russian numbers.  They also monitor their social media pages.  While this is not ideal for tech support, it is nice to be able to get a response quickly.  In addition, they have a nice blog in place and an info center to ensure you are able to get all the information you need without any trouble.

Pricing

Reasonable Pricing Options

The prices are all listed in Russian, but when you convert it you will see that they are quite reasonable.  They are certainly not the cheapest hosting provider I’ve ever seen, but they are not ripping you off or anything like that either.  Most people will be very happy with the overall prices that they have to pay no matter which hosting solution they choose.  From shared to dedicated all the prices are right in line with what most other hosting companies offer or even a little cheaper in some cases.

If you’re in Russia or you are looking for a hosting provider to serve your Russian audience, this is a great option to consider.  They have hosting options that can meet the needs of all but the largest sites and they have been in business long enough to show that they really do know what they are doing.  The prices are fair and the features available are quite nice.
