When you talk to the support staff you can see that this company is dying and facing bankruptcy very soon. Very unfriendly and unmotivated support staff. The customer should be king but it is not the case here I3D are the kings. Their policy is also very misleading when you pay for 1 month they will not bother to shut it down. Then month later you get email you have to pay for the month after. This company is a joke beware.
i3d.net provides very low quality of services: game servers are laggy and not protected from DDoS-attacks even in their DCs (despite i3d's promises). Technical support is totally useless as it can't solve any issues. We had issues which were unresolved for months! Furthermore, technical support staff is rude to customers and they make decisions which even worsen quality of services (for example they can null-route your server for indefinite time in cause of a DDoS-attack or even shut it down). Also you can lose all of your account funds due to servers transfer between DCs as it happened in our case. Technical support staff just withdrew all our funds and removed our servers and left us without servers and money. We were their customers for several years but their constant low QoS and inadequate tech support forced us to find another service provider with better terms. I advise you not to deal with i3d.net as it total waste of your money, time and clients.
You are right! They are number one fraud and worlds first cheating company. You should never buy any service from them. They are rude to the customers. Never go for it guys. I have posted the real time links there. Check it.
