Poor support, many issues, stay away

The worst hosting provider we have ever used. There is no live service, just tickets. The support team has no knowledge on how to fix things. One ticket per week and only 40% fixed by them. Poor performance servers and not active ...Read Moremonitored.
Their billing system is a mess, it's manual and there is no easy way to confirm a payment, it takes 3 working, days so I had my accounts disabledLess
