I ordered a service from this company. I got a "504 Gateway Error" in their billing panel when paying by credit card. The credit card was charged, but neither the service nor the bill was displayed in the billing panel. I opened the ticket with a picture of the payment, about half an hour later there was an invoice (but marked "unpaid") and the service was also "pending". About an hour later, I tried to enter the billing panel, but it still threw "504 Gateway Error".. When I finally logged in, the service was marked as "fraud", the bill was "cancelled" and of course the money was not returned. The amount was small, but it rather bothers me in customer service that they are not even allowed to answer the ticket.
I advise everyone to stay away from this "service provider" in the future! The given services are affordable, but if the company's own customer portal does not work, there is no point in wasting your time. Unfortunately, I read the feedback about this company too late.

terrible company thus horrible experience. I found out that xstocloud.nl was sold to hostslim.nl after I paid. Xstocloud.nl was out of service for 2 days and I never received an email about my account setup. I could never log in to start building my own website. so I tried to reach hostslim.nl, called 5 times, only the first time was answered (the guy said that he'd call me back and never did), the other 2 times were put on hold for 5 minutes then nothing, 4th time straight to answering machine. The 5th time hostslim agreed that they would give me back my money but of course it was a lie. They never did. They start ignoring all of my e-tickets as well. In short, you pay for the service that doesn't exist. Already reported this scammer to the police and the Consumers Association (, who says that this is not the first time hostslim got reported as scammer and this company also ignores the emails the consumers association sent them). Even 1 star is too much for this company.
Initially slow to respond to tickets - but issues solved quickly
Got a VPS off of them and had issues not being able to access it - it took them two days to address via ticket/chat - would have hoped that it was addressed faster however they addressed it and compensated me for my downtime - fair is fair
They are incompetent of fixing mail issues for almost two weeks now.
Their servers are down on regular bases. Talking every week or two.
Aperantly their (mail)server is on a backlist which means your mails might be bannend by the receiving end since it sees your mail is coming from a blacklisted (mail)server! this ment for me that I had to use my private mail adres to mail certain companies instead of being able to use my work mail. Not good of course.
But now...Suddenly I get the message:
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
After contacting them they say there will look into it. Two weeks later and that just stopped replying when trying to ask them if they are making any progress fixing it. They just act as if they are not even there!?
Now for almost two weeks I am not even able to log-in to my mail any more! And asking for help seems to be for nothing. First time they said we will look into it. But now they don't even reply if I ask if they even tried something!!!
