Hostslayer LLC refused to refund me after they messed the order up and never gave me what I ordered. Then they marked my payment as overdue (even though it was not) cancelled my service and stole my money. If I could rate lower I would.
I moved my domain over to them early this year I did start with domain and hosting that never worked the domain was never working correctly somthing at there end. they never resolved anything i paied out they where terrable leaving was a hassel because the domain was locked could not unlock it and the still have not credited me the money back to my account Never ever use them !!!!!
Live Chat in Client's Interface is useless. You should go to their sister company, Hostslim.eu, so you reach them out in live chat if they're available. In support tickets, they will respond that will took several days or worst 1-2weeks, then they didn't address my concerns for I don't find it helpful at all. Still facing the problem.
