Horrible disk performance in most of the time. CPU and Memory (especially size) good. The network has issues sometimes. Finally, moved all software (docker and data) to ramdisk and got good performance.

And even on the issues where I have indicated it was 'normal' and not 'urgent' they usually have the problem fixed or have an answer for me in a few hours. To me, in terms of fair prices, user friendly platforms and timely customer service, they can't be beat.
The only way you'll get any service through Hostica is through their "chat" function. The people chatting only give you links to blogs where they've solved similar, but not the same problem. If you call to speak with someone in the support department, they'll tell you to talk to someone in chat. I would not voluntarily choose to use them under any circumstance.
