While their economy package in India is slightly less expensive, you also get less storage and less bandwidth per month than the US hosting plan. The US shared hosting plans start with 1000MB of storage, 5000MB of bandwidth a month; they host 1 domain, and come with many more features. These additional features include web hosting features, email hosting features, and additional individual upgrades for each package such as adding on more storage or bandwidth.

Virtual private server plans start with 25 GB of disk space, 500GB of bandwidth, 1GB of dedicated ram and more. They also seem to have a live chat system as well, but it is unclear what their hours are as the “leave a message” note was up while I was reviewing the site. They do also have a knowledgebase and forum support for you to attempt to find answers yourself, otherwise, their ticketing system seems to be the way to go.

VPS hosting starts as lows as $25 a month depending on your hosting needs and server location. Overall, hosting with this company is fairly inexpensive, especially since some of their plans break down to about $1 a month. This is pretty good pricing for what you get, and they have a bunch of additional features and upgrades depending on your hosting needs.
