I bought my first server from host4geeks in 2019. Since then, they have been our exclusive source for dedicated servers (almost 30 servers now). Host4geeks provides contemporary hardware, incredibly dependable service, and individualized attention, which are difficult to find with today's major corporations.
Its been 2 days my all websites are disappeared from host4geeks server and they are calling them professional, no one is replying on Ticket and even they blcoked me on chat hence i can't chat with anyone.
Pathetic service
i suggest not to take hosting from them, very very bad support.
Server speed was also slow but i was managing somehow

We got responses the same day to every issue my mother had with her website. Customer service made a sincere effort to identify the source of the issue and quickly provided us with a solution that was both useful and agreeable. Since we uploaded the incorrect version by accident, we even managed to restore an entire website.
There isn't a host out there that compares to Host4geek, and I've tested a lot of hosts. They work quickly and provide top-notch service.
One more thing: these people will go above and above for you if you need help and aren't that knowledgeable about some subjects, like I wasn't. Ask the support team for assistance if you are having a problem.

I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes for exceptional service; a problem with my cluster was resolved in 20 minutes, and a difficulty with downloading characters was resolved quickly enough that I didn't even have time to visit the support ticket page. My main issue has been not knowing that I needed to ask staff to cluster up my server. It would be wonderful to have a message or button that informed/took you to support to ask the staff.
Ashish helped me move the website from the old server to the new one. Being a non-technical person, I found it challenging to understand the process. But Ashish gave me excellent direction and completed the task!
