I see that back in february 2019, you raised a ticket with our support team(semi annual 5$ plan). sorry we couldnt give you a refund for 'change of mind'. our plans descriptions are very clear about each plans, if you didnt read or notice plan details we cant help you with that.
I do agree the quality of this particular response wasn't satisfactory, and have of course reviewed this internally with the relevant team member. Once again, I do again apologize you didn't have a good experience with us.
As a courtesy, I have gone ahead and provided full refund of service(Transaction ID: 1PP24100GW477193J ).
