This is definitely the worst hosting service in Nigeria, Africa and the entire world. Customer service totally non-existent - numbers are turned off, email support, chat, absolutely non existent. Use them at your own peril.
Garanntor started off as a responsible company but now, their services are terrible. Slow websites, unresponsive customer service, unprocessed payments etc.
Never seen such a terrible terrible company in my life. They should just park up and go. I dont even know where to start to describe them. Poor customer support, poor technical team, very slow website (even as a web hosting provider their website is so so slow), confused customer support, outdated software etc. Summary, if you want to wast your money and kill your business use this foolish company called garantor.com
Garanntor started off as a responsible company with a decent customer service. Recently though, their services are terrible. Your website(s) can be down for days. Renewals not processed days after payment. Emails not responded. As I am typing this, their phone lines have been switched off for three days consecutively, so no form of support whatsoever. This is terrible for a web host.
My 4 websites have been down for about a week now. I thought this will be a brief delay but it is taking so long and affecting my businesses.. My emails have not been replied more than 48 hours after making complaints.
Giving this review because of how impressed i am of Garanntor services. I had absolutely no issue when i started out with them and still don't. Prompt customer service and fast hosting.
