Future Servers is located in the UK, and they provide a nice hosting solution for a wide range of different companies. They don’t provide too much information about how long they have been in business or anything like that, but from what I can tell they do a good job keeping everything running smoothly. Their customers seem to be quite happy with the services they provide, and most of them don’t have any significant complaints.

This company doesn’t seem to provide any uptime guarantees, which is unfortunate. I have not found anyone complaining about reliability so they likely do a good job at keeping everything up and running. Their site also loads up nice and fast and from what I can tell they do a good overall job at keeping their customers happy.
Lots of different features
This company provides a wide range of different features to choose from. You can use their general shared hosting options, or what they call the Concrete5 Hosting. They also have hosting focused on WordPress and businesses. If you are a larger company, they have dedicated servers available, and they are quite nice. They also have special hosting just for charities with discounted prices and nice features.
You can also buy domains from them, which makes it even more convenient for many people who are looking to set up a new site. Overall, the features provided by Future Servers are very competitive and most people will be happy with what they get.
Support seems good
The support team seems to be great. They provide high quality support for themselves, of course, and also a number of other companies. They don’t really provide much information about how fast they respond or anything, but they do have a good reputation so you won’t likely run into any issues.
Seem to be Overpriced
When you look through their pricing they seem like they are very over priced. For their ‘standard’ package you get just 1 gig of disk space and 2 gigs of bandwidth. You are also limited to 10 email accounts. For that, you have to pay 100 Euro. It doesn’t say whether this is per month or per year. If it is per year, that is actually not too bad, but they aren’t clear so I have to assume it is per month.
Fairly nice Hosting Option
If you are looking for a hosting company in the UK, this one has some nice options. You would want to get more information about the pricing they offer, but if it is not bad, then you may do well with this company. They have a lot of nice options and will likely be able to provide you with the services you need.
The above review is correct - there is no way to contact Future Servers / OSHS by phone when there are problems and replies to emails are very slow. It seems as though this service is being managed on a part time basis with no regard to their clients. if you are hosted by them - move before you have a problem.
Very poor customer service, in fact non-existent. Fail to respond to emails, phone is always a message saying responding to other customers, leave a message. All this for a company which is supposed to be keeping you online. With domain not working, there seems to be no way to find out what's going on. Disgraceful. Leave if you are a current customer, do NOT give them your business if you are a potential customer.
Whoever runs this company should be ashamed.
This company used to be local, friendly and reliable. They got taken over (with loads of website downtime during that time) and then basically their customer service disintegrated.
Fairly reliable and stable, but if you need to do anything with their support (or anything goes wrong) forget it!
I've had an issue with connectivity now and having reported the problem I got essentially the same answer twice and since then nothing for over a week: yes a full week has gone by and no response at all. There is no phone number, no contact details, it really is dreadful. They had been hosting three of my sites, because (as so many others have said) in the old days they were brilliant but the new lot are hopeless.
I agree with David Abbot on review of Mar 1 2016. Under very similar circumstances, have been with them since 2000, and the personal service was impeccable until it was sold to the existing bunch - bunch being the operative word, as I no longer have a clue who I'm dealing with. The anonymity is staggering. Overall they've been pretty reliable, but less so than they used to be, and when something goes wrong their communication's dire. Tickets take about a day to be answered, and then in the vaguest of terms, cryptic even. The last one I had from them even suggested that there was no problem, and they're never signed off by anyone - just "customer service". I'm looking for an alternative that's more human.
Have used Future Servers hosting and email for a small local charity for about 12 years. Service was excellent - very fast response times to queries and someone available on the phone pretty much all the time, with very quick return calls when it was necessary to leave a message or email them. However, they were taken over three... four years ago (I think) and service has deteriorated significantly. The 'personal; touch' has totally disappeared.
Just recently we have been having intermittent issues with both email and access to our site for about five days. I have emailed them (via their web form) and phoned over a dozen times over the past few days. They never pick up, and have yet to respond to either my email (I gave them an alternative email address for obvious reasons!) or voicemail messages. Add to that their server lookup (tells you which of their servers you are being hosted on) says they don't host us! Very poor service. Will be looking to change provider at the first opportunity. If I ever manage to speak to them!!

Easy to contact them? Maybe you have some magic, secret number or email address, but it's IMPOSSIBLE to contact them - no replies to emails or voice messages... have another go yourself, and revise your review!
Well said David... Not to mention receiving 3 emails a day demanding money for a website we have tried to cancel through post, email, phone & voicemail & their own internal control panel (a total of over 30 times) the site is still live and they are still trying to take payment (request was made over a year ago) AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
