The support provided by this company is really quite good. When it comes to high quality web hosting you really do have to pay a little more to get the best. When you look at the prices from this company, however, it really seems a little ridiculous. Shared hosting starting at $30 per month and going up to nearly $200 is really unjustifiable. Their prices for semi-dedicated and fully dedicated servers is still high, though at least somewhat reasonable.
Overall this company provides excellent hosting with many great features and a number of other perks. Other than the price, there is almost nothing to complain about regarding the services that they are providing.
