I've been with this company just for a month... High prices, you can find better service for cheaper elswere. Contacting them is quite difficult... servers are down often and the reply comes late. I moved back to cafe24 and it's much better now.
I was considering doing a colocation in this company. I contacted their infoline and I talked with the International Sales Team Manager. I was the most unpleasant talk I have ever had in my life. I am the client and you are screaming at me to give you the mumberof IPs? I tried to reach there again thinking it is just a language barrier, however even on Skype the person couldnt communicate properly. I tkink this is not professional at all and it's a company to avoid. How you treat your clients is very important. Those people do not respect their clients at all.

I discovered EhostIDC by chance at an IT event in the US. I decided to give them change as my previous provider had an awful customer service.Owning a global business, I was searching for a data center that is present in different parts of the world, and that is fast and customer friendly. I was not disappointed with this company. I am currently hosting in their US Datacenter, and honestly, you should not hesitate to try them out. World's giants such as Amazon or OVH have an ok service, but the customer service is almost nonexistent.
I use their server in Tokyo and I'm very satisfied. Connection to the USA is very fast and the customer service is ok. They have no problem in communication in French or English. Servers are quite pricey but it's Japan we are talking about, everything is expensive especially in Tokyo. They use NTT line in their DC. OVH was ok but didn't work that well in the USA and Asia, with EhostIDC I'm good.
Ehost IDC is a very good server provider in Japan. I'm using their services for a few months now, after switching from Akamai. this company's interface is ok, service is good and stable. Their customer service provides information in a few Western and Asian languages. For now, I'm quite pleased with it.

The company is based in Seoul, South Korea, but it has offices and data centers around the world. They focus on dedicated serves at affordable prices, it aslo improves the speed and performance of websites, mobile apps etc. They provide dedicated servers, cloud, CDN etc. What I like most than their very affordable prices is their customer service there uptime are really great they are really the best VPS provider I tried (by the way I tried so many before.
