Their website is well designed and set up, which is always a good sign for the company itself. They also have quite a few different options, which will give you the flexibility to get your site hosted the way you need it. Overall they provide an excellent service and will be able to meet the needs of just about any type of site you might run. They also give you plenty of room to grow, which is nice.

You’ll get a 99.9% uptime guarantee, so if your site goes down due to hardware or network issues you can get compensated for it. You will have to fill out a ticket for that though, which most webmasters won’t end up doing. Fortunately, they don’t really have any significant issues with downtime anyway. I looked through other users of their hosting and very few people had any complaints about the reliability of this company.

When you get to the ‘shopping cart’ section of their site they become somewhat confusing. They don’t really have the different hosting packages well organized like you would hope. Yep! Still down since the 31/8/2020 and I am unable to contact them. I paid for 3 years web hosting and only had service for 1 year. They gone rogue and will probably rebrand and start another shonky service!
I used DTS-NET for a couple of years without issue, but then the site disappeared and NEVER came back. The login page changed, but has never worked. Luckily I never bought domains through these shysters, so was able to move them. I would put in help-tickets that we constantly marked off as resolved when they never were.
If you're attracted by a low price, in this case you DO get what you pay for!
Excellent Servers and Personal Touch Customer Service
DTS-NET has one of the best customer service teams that I have dealt with in my 37 years of computing and 43 years of electronics. The staff has a most professional mannerism about them. I have dealt with them on the telephone as well as via live chat. They are courteous, polite, cordial and extremely professional. When I contacted them concerning my internet ministry, I was assisted by the kindest person Craig. He worked with me for hours setting things up. By the next day the website was up and running on their servers. I have not seen my website down yet. The reliability of their servers and network is superb. The CPanel feature and FTP access is very user-friendly.
DTS-NET's prices are unbeatable. I have not found better prices anywhere, nor have I found faster servers. I can click on my website and almost instantaneously it appears on my computer display. This same website on other servers took much longer to appear. I created an android app for the ministry. The site appears very quickly using the app as well. I am well-pleased with DTS-NET and will continue to utilize them as my hosting provider for as long as I have this Internet ministry.

I wrote a review about DTS-NET in 2015 when I obtained our new ministry domain and was delighted with their system and service for approximately two years. The service provided, as well as customer service, started degrading. The customer service became unreliable; their so-called "24/7 Service" was a falsity. One of the technical staff members lied to me and, upon speaking to the owner, Craig, I was notified that the staff member was terminated. I received several emails over the years that my domain was expiring, and upon informing DTS-NET that I received an email, they corrected it, until this past February. The website went down; I attempted to contact DTS-NET with no response via telephone, email, or chat. I had the owner's cell phone number; he did not respond to a call to that phone. Later I found out that my domain had, in fact, been allowed to expire. All my bills were paid in full through 2021. DTS-NET had no reason to let my domain expire, nor discontinue web hosting of our ministry webpage. I even upgraded my web- hosting service in an attempt to get the webpage restored, but to no avail. Finally, I sent an email to discontinue service and to remove my profile from their system. In less than 12 hours, my request was completed. Two days later, I received an email from DTS-NET that my domain had been restored. I had no access to their system. All that I can say is that I have no idea what happened. Only God knows. Nobody at DTS-NET communicates with me. I have lost my domain because I cannot obtain the KEY that is required to transfer the domain to another hosting service. God has other plans for our ministry. He wants me to sit back, relax, take a break after 14 years in this ministry, and wait for His calling. DO NOT TRUST DTS-NET. They are liars!
