Some Issues with Stability

Overall the company seems to do a good job at providing good, stable hosting.  That being said, I did see two complaints online from people who have used their service and experienced some issues with slowness and downtime.  This is a small total number, but it is worth mentioning just so people are aware.  I also didn’t notice any uptime guarantee on the site so that can be another concern that people will want to consider.

Features

Questionable Hosting Services

The features from this company are quite impressive when you look at all they do.  When you narrow your focus and only consider their web hosting, however, it isn’t quite as nice.  Looking at their shared hosting services, for example.  They have four options for Linux shared hosting, the smallest of which starts with a limit of 150 Megs of disk space.  Even the ‘HUGE’ package here is limited to 700 megs of disk space.  This is far smaller than almost any other hosting company around.

They also limit you on the number of domains you can use, and the bandwidth available.  If you’re just looking at the hosting options, there are many companies with far better choices for the same price or even cheaper.

Support

Limited Information

The site doesn’t provide too much information about their support teams.  From what I was able to gather they seem to be available to help you when you need it and skilled at what they do.  Since they offer so many other services, the chances are that their tech teams are going to be helpful.  It would be nice to have more info on them though.

Pricing

Reasonable Prices

The prices are not bad.  They are all listed in the native currency, but when you convert it to US dollars they are in line with what most people would expect to pay.  They offer discounts for paying 6 months or a year in advance as well, so that is a nice perk.  They really don’t have too many options to choose from either, so it might be hard to find that perfect hosting option at the perfect price.

Summary

Good Option with Other Services

Anyone looking for hosting will have an easy time deciding whether or not to go with this company.  If you are going to use their other services, it makes sense to use them for hosting as well.  If you’re not, the best bet would be to find another hosting provider that can give you the services you need with less trouble.
