Abysmal Support. Fast if you're willing to pay $15 or wait for weeks
The site has been up fairly reliably for 3 years, with outages around holidays. Really no complaints about the machinery. I think it must be a one person outfit, and that person doesn't seem to care to respond to tickets, but regularly posts to the blog, while the tickets wait. He asks for $15 to "prioritize" a support ticket. That might be fair, but if a medium priority ticket takes weeks, how long does a $15 priority ticket take? If you never need support, the hosting outfit is a really good value.
