Good quality hosting

They own their own high end data center, and keep it well maintained.  They also have high end hardware and other great features.  All the plans have a full firewall installed, which can help to prevent downtime as well.  I did not see an uptime guarantee, but they do have a great set of services that should keep you up and running without problems.  All the users who I found that were on this company were very happy with the reliability.

Features

Great unlimited hosting options

All of the hosting packages that are offered by this company are unlimited with disk space, bandwidth and supported domains.  This is a great feature since so many companies are moving away from the unlimited business model.  What is even better is that they seem to do a good job keeping the servers well managed and not overloaded.

They use the DirectAdmin control panel, which is an advanced option, even though it is not as popular as things like Plesk and cPanel.  They also offer some free stats and unlimited email accounts if you need. them.  Overall, the features they have are quite nice.

Support

Good tech support with limited hours

They have tech support available Monday – Saturday 24 hours per day, but only 10AM-7:30PM Spanish time on Sunday.  If an emergency occurs they do have people who will come in on off hours, including holidays.  Most people, however, prefer having 24/7 tech support available.

Options to fit any budget

Cyberneticos has done a good job offering plenty of different packages so that they can ensure everyone is able to find exactly what they need at the price they can afford.  For example, for the entry level hosting they have a ‘hosting-one’ package, which breaks away from their unlimited options.  This is perfect for people who just want a personal blog (it is just 1 Euro per month).

If you need something bigger, the price will go up, but the prices are always either at or below what you would expect to pay with other hosting companies.

Summary

Good option for nice hosting

There is not too much bad to say about this company.  They seem to really want to provide a great user experience for their customers, and have accomplished that goal.  There are some areas that don’t really stand out, but that is not always a bad thing.  If you are looking for hosting in Spain, this is an excellent choice.
