Crucial offers 24/7/365 technical support via a ticketing system. Their sales and billing department are only open Monday through Friday from 9-5. Tickets may be opened through the Support Center in the client area, and they have an average response time of 6 to 26 minutes depending on demands. They do not offer phone support as they say it is inefficient and does not create any sort of trail to follow up on customer service.

Their Tier 1 (basic package) split-shared hosting starts at $10 a month, but if you buy a year, it only costs $100 a year. Tier 1 split dedicated hosting starts at $150 a month, or $1500 a year. It is most economical for the customer’s pocket to purchase the yearly option, as you pretty much get 2 months free depending on each package.
