Terrible customer service

We've been with them for years and every time we need to get ahold of them (maybe once a year) we have a terrible time. I've been emailing, filling out forms, calling and have been "first in line" on their phone queue now and still can't get anyone to talk to. I'm just trying to update our credit card info. It shouldn't be this hard.
