They really are a one stop shop for any of the website related services that you’ll need. The company is based in Australia and seems to be focused mostly on providing their services to people in that area.
While they don’t seem to offer any type of uptime guarantee, the hosting is nice and stable. Users seem to be quite happy with it and they don’t run into any problems. Their data centers are well maintained and efficient and their tech support seems to know what they are doing. All this adds up to make a nice and stable hosting experience. Of course, it would be nice to have an uptime guarantee too.
While this company is certainly focused on being a ‘green’ hosting provider, they still do a good job at offering you the features that you’ll need. They have all the basic options you’ll need in each package. They only do shared hosting, but they do it fairly well. They have four different packages to choose from, each of which is powered by cPanel. There are some limits on each package including just 800 MB of disk space on the entry levle option. It goes up to 1800 MB on the largest package.
Email accounts are also limited at 5-70 addresses depending on the package you choose. One of the biggest issues with this company is that they have a setup fee to get started. $10.95 just to get your account set up and ready to go. This is something just about all hosting providers do for free now, so it is unfortunate.
The tech support team does a good job at addressing any issues you’re going to run into. They are there 24/7 and use an email support ticket system that is easy to use and gets you fast results. They also have a blog in place to provide you with some additional resources in the event that you’re looking to learn more about your hosting.
The prices are right in the middle of the road based on the features they provide. For most people, price won’t be an issue with them, but it certainly won’t be attracting customers who are looking just to save money. Especially when you factor in the setup fee that they are charging.
When you just look at the hosting experience, you won’t really have any trouble. There are a few little concerns like their limits on things like disk space, email addresses and bandwidth. The setup fee is also a problem for some. If these aren’t deal breakers for you, however, you’ll likely be very happy with the overall level of service you get from this company.
