Bitronic Technologies, located out of Weehawken, New Jersey, owns and operates their own hardware and network infrastructure to provide the best quality service to their customers. With their own infrastructure, they can control every aspect and make their services more customizable for their customers. Their infrastructure includes multiple diverse fiber paths, dual UPS/backup generators, and N+1 redundancy to provide reliable services to you. Their hosting deals come with a number of features and software so their hosting is fast, secure, and easily accessible.
Though they are a fairly new company established in 2007, they seem to be very thorough in what they offer their clients. They offer a number of web hosting, servers, domain management, and security options in addition to a pretty thorough 24/7 support system.
Uptime & Reliability
Excellent 99.99% uptime with SLA
Bitronic ensures a 99.99% uptime SLA for their customers. They promise that if there is anything more than 1 hour per year in downtime for maintenance they will credit you back on your bill. Additionally, since they own their own infrastructure they are 100% in control of what goes on at their databases. Bitronic does not mention any physical precautions they have in place in case of any type of emergency, but they do mention they have 24/7/365 monitoring.
Excellent selection of quality features
With a few different hosting options such as shared, reseller, or VPS hosting, Bitronic seems to cover the bases when it comes to webhosting. They offer a number of varying server options that all come with standard features and services at no additional cost with much ease of use. Their server options include VPS, managed and dedicated single, dual, and quad processor which all can be customized and upgraded based on your needs.
Additionally, they offer domain services such as registering, transfer and bulk transfer, and domain management. Security add-ons include SSL Certificates and SSL with extended validation. Each of these options comes at different pricing levels based on your needs. They also offer managed service packages that you can add when configuring your VPS.
Great support services
They are very customer focused and outline a customer bill of rights ensuring a prompt and timely address of any issues you may have. They state the longest amount of time you will have to wait for a first response to a ticket is 1 hour, and the longest wait time while that issue is addressed is 2 hours. They are available 24/7 via support ticket and/or chat and seem to have a quick response time. There is also a customer portal you may submit your tickets through. Holidays they are only available through the ticketing system.
Slightly high prices, but you get what you pay for
The pricing of their hosting services are based on your level of need for business or personal use, and are paid on a month-month basis. The prices seem a bit high, but that is reflective of their standard features and services which makes it great for ease-of use. Everything comes in a package deal with few add-ons as everything is included. Their pricing for certificates only come on a yearly basis and no month-to-month option. Additionally, they brag that their managed service packages are “insanely low”. Bitronic also offers some different deals based on what you are looking for, 30-day free trials for all of their hosting services, along with a 30-day money back guarantee.
Overall a very high quality hosting company
Bitronic is very customer focused and wants to provide thorough package deals and standard service options with their amenities. Though they are a bit on the pricey side, many services are included in their packages and they offer 24/7 support to their customers.

their phone number on their site goes to an a robot telling me i won a $100 amazon gift card. i hung up and called again i'm waiting online for a tech rep to come on the phone. someone comes on the line and asks for my name and my domain. i give it to them, and then they tell me i won a $100 amazon gift card. i hung up. bull.
I was with these guys for several months but had way too many problems. The last straw was when they point blank told me they don't refund in bitcoin, even though my account was prepaid with bitcoin. When I asked them to return my account balance by any means possible, they simply ignored my requests.
Almost every month, when the invoices were due, Bitronic would deactivate my account and ask for payment even though my account balance was holding sufficient funds. At first they told me it was not automatic, until I showed them their own website saying it was automatic.
There were various extended outages, usually for many hours at a time. No warnings, no apologies, no explanations, zero. I had to pester them again and again just to get a response. On one single occasion they eventually replied with the shortest of sentences saying something failed. Again, no apologies, ever.
In my final month with Bitronic, there were two outages. The first was for more than 24 hours. As always, they had no concept of importance or urgency. The last outage, well, that was simply never fixed. Eventually they would respond and say it was fixed yet, in fact, it remained completely unreachable. Then a number of hours would go past and they would say, "try now".... and still it didn't work. I replied, again and again... created new tickets etc.. nothing.
On another occasion, I noticed that new customers were being offered the same VPS for much cheaper than me. I brought this to their attention and they said they wouldn't give me the same deal because that was simply for new customers. They offered to give me a "small" unspecified discount, which never happened.
There were other issues with Bitronic but, tbh, the list is just too long. I think I was very tolerant with them, some might say too tolerant.
Now I unable to recover my balance simply because they refuse to.... and actually, they're just plain not responding.. and yes, I was not rude to them. I write this hoping others do not fall prey to them. I'm a person of principle and I take theft, for any amount, seriously. I'm more than happy spending time and money to extract my revenge.
I usually don't leave reviews but figured I would save someone else from making a bad decision and going with this company for hosting. This is a genuine review and not just a rant from an angry former bitechtronic customer.
I purchased a VPS from these guys around two years ago to host clients websites including a few ecommerce sites. The hosting was great and support was spot on and they helped with what I needed at the beginning. Around the 1 year mark is when the issues started and it felt like the tech support was on a "I'll get to it when I feel like it kick". So around the 1 year mark the whm and Cpanel licenses started expiring every month and would only be turned back on mid way through the month. I paid my invoice on time if not early so I would put in a support request to fix the issue. This is when I lost my first client because I could not create a database and could not deliver the website on time. This happened every month until I cancelled my hosting. I stuck with them through all of this hoping it would get better but it did not.
The last straw for me was when the server went down and stayed down for almost 4 days with a support request on the first day. I ended up having tons of emails from clients and in the end lost one of my ecommerce clients because of the loss of revenue while the sites were down. I was very professional up until this point with tech support but went a bit bananas after the site was down for this long. After being fixed after the first day I tried to call their support number and got a "we're sorry this number is no longer in service" to which I said "oh hell no...I'm done".
As I said earlier I usually pay my invoices on time or early, well February happened to be a month when I paid early. I requested through support that I get a refund because I'm cancelling the service and it was the 28th of January. They said sorry we don't give refunds. I explained that they had three days to return my payment otherwise I have an intern with not a whole lot to do and will see how many review sites he can hit in a week. So if you see this review in multiple places he did a good job. Figured I was out a months payment for the hosting but a review lasts a lot longer.
That's it, just thought I'd save someone the headache and loss of business due to this company. So beware when thinking about using them for hosting. I have screenshots of all of the support threads with dates if anyone would like to see them.
