Axarnet offers dedicated servers and web hosting services out of Madrid, Spain. Since 1997, they have been a small company with two datacenters and their infrastructure based out of Madrid. Their company claims to be young and dynamic but still highly qualified and experienced in telecommunications. Their infrastructure and hosting centers boast high-tech back up and service features as well as physical preventative safety measures such as back-up generators and strict safety quality measures.
Axarnet is accredited with a number of Spanish and European tech accrediting firms, as well as being registered partners with HP, Intel, and Dell. Their customer reviews are generally positive and claim that they are flexible, open to changes, and do so in a timely manner. Axarnet is a leader in Spain for registration and domain hosting and offer a number of different hosting services and packages, with additional add-ons if need be.
Uptime & Reliability
One thing Axarnet does not mention is their uptime, which is a bit concerning, however, customer reviews have not stated anything too concerning regarding their uptime. They do mention having a very reliable infrastructure and go on about the many physical back-ups they have in case of any sort of emergency such as fires or power-outages.
Nice suite of quality features
Axarnet offers a number of different models of server management including Plesk or CPanel, VPS, Cloud, shared hosting, and dedicated servers centered on your need. All servers are able to host Linux, Windows, and WordPress based on your requests, and come at different package levels, again, based on your needs. All servers are also guaranteed network availability by contract SLA. Additionally, if you find your power needs are greater than what you initially purchase, you can easily switch to a larger plan.
In addition to web hosting and server management, Axarnet offers domain hosting, registering, and transferring services. Axarnet also offers Cloud Plans which include server backup, which you may either do manually or pay for a regular backup. They also offer easy web editing, antispam, professional online backup, systems management, and SSL certificates if needed.
Typical pricing options
The pricing of Axarnet’s hosting services are based on your level of need for business or personal reasons, and are paid on a month by month basis. However, they do note they offer a 20% discount on annual payments for certain services as well. Their managed servers claim that any queries regarding your server will be resolved at no additional or hidden cost to you. Their other services such as web editing, antispam, professional back and certificates come at an additional charge on an as-needed basis. They do offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most server and web hosting purchases.
Overall a nice hosting option
Axarnet seems to be a good company for web and server hosting needs, with additional add-ons such as web editing, antispam, and domain support.
The last week I met Axarnet in WHD. I was talking to Andrew (team of Axarnet) and decided to try the service he offered me. I have only used this machine for 5 days, but my perception of Axarnet is very, very positive. In fact, Axarnet inlude new plesk onyx 17.5!!! Great service :-)
