Features at AISO are good, but don’t come as unlimited options which may put some people off, especially as the price is generally higher than other hosts in terms of what you get.
Setup is free on each shared hosting plan, and website space and email space goes up in increments of 5GB, starting at 10GB for the cheapest plan. AISO also offer a free website migration service to take that hassle and stress of having to manually move your site across from another hosting provider.
Support isn’t too bad at AISO but it isn’t the best either. Generally they provide all the basic options of support and contact. For example there is a helpdesk that you can make use of as well as an FAQ section. A ticket support options is also readily available when you require a problem solving but aren’t too fussed about the speed it is solved, and a toll free number is available to the people around the world.
The shared hosting plans that AISO offer come in 3 Linux packages, the Eco 1, 2 and 3. The AISO site is about average in terms of usability, they offer a basic interface that allows you to easily navigate to where you want to be. Each plan is laid out well, and offer features and prices that are clear.
They could do with advertising the hosting a bit more than they do on the site, as the plans don’t seem to stand out. With other hosts they really make an issue of showing the cheapest priced plans, and encourage you to click.
You will also have to get used to an AISO custom online control panel, as CPANEL isn’t available for shared hosting.
If going green is your thing then you will love AISO, yes you will be paying slightly more for less features than most standard hosting platforms but the prices are competitive.
