We always start our interviews with a bit of history about the company. What are the beginnings of Club Hosting?

The

project started in December 2014, we took a few years to create the project, first the first name of the project at the time was MyDATACENTER.

Following a disagreement with my partner at the time, I stopped the MyDATACENTER project to create a project without anyone that I then named Club Hosting.

On January 1, 2019, Club Hosting merged with the Victory company, which has existed since 1999, when we worked in the professional market.

 

What are the products and services of Club Hosting?

At Club Hosting we have various services, initially, 80% of our customers use our shared hosting.

We also have traditional services such as dedicated server rental, VPS or domain registration.

 

Can you tell us a bit more about your website builder? What are the best features of this service?

The website builder that we currently offer will, unfortunately, end in the coming months, indeed, we have our own communication agency (Wictory) which mainly deals with the creation of tailor-made websites for our customers.

So why this choice, we tested several site builders, I must say that no builder allows having a positive result, both visually and later in the search engines.

 

What about your dedicated servers? Would you like to share more details about that?

Regarding dedicated servers we don’t have a lot of choices, we decided to put a selection of machine that respects performance and quality.

 

Let’s talk about customer experience and customer satisfaction. What is the most important thing about customer experience?

At Club Hosting, our priority is customer satisfaction, you should know that at Club Hosting, 95% of our customers are professionals in various trades, so satisfaction is our highest priority.

For a large part of our clients, we are fortunate to be responsible for hosting their website and messaging, but also for designing and managing their website.

 

Many customers care about the speed and the security of their website. How do you handle the speed of the websites using your web hosting services, and what about the protection?

Security and quality are also part of our priorities, at Club Hosting we have shared servers that use the latest techniques in terms of hardware such as the use of SSD hard disks and on the other hand, we have made a major change a few months ago to stop WHM/panel and make the switch to Plesk.

On the one hand, the change we made is not to make a price increase on our accommodation, following several price increases at WHM, and on the other hand to be able to invest in techniques for the protection of our customers.

 

In your opinion, what are the top 5 things that every hosting company needs to have in order to be successful?

I think that the first has chosen to have quality technical support, it must also have compatible services for each project of one and the other, individuals or professionals.

Flawless protection, both in the choice of hardware and in software with backups that are not an option.

And finally, a multilingual platform, which, like at

, is essential, we have customers all over the world.

 

What are your plans for upcoming years? Where do you see Club Hosting?

The projects are the same as for my competitors I think, the objective is to be able to grow in the years to come without forgetting the human side to enable us to provide the same quality in the years come.
