We always start our interviews with a bit of history about the company. Please tell us when your company was founded, and what was its idea?
Our company was founded in mid-2010, our need at the time was to host the websites we created for our clients. Time passed and we stopped developing websites and focused only on hosting, we invested resources to improve our server, and today we have high-performance dedicated servers.

Can you give us an overview of the products and services you offer?
We work with hosting for websites, reseller hosting cPanel, and VPS Servers. All in a Cento Linux environment, operating on a server with 16 processing cores.
When going through your website, we noticed that you are offering a ‘’reseller partnership’’. Can you tell us more about it?
In the reseller plan, we make a share of our server available to a partner who wants to open a hosting company using our server. Once the reseller is contracted, the partner can use their own brand, create their own hosting plans and sell them for whatever value they want.
What is your approach to customers who don’t know anything about hosting? How are you handling this part so they can become loyal customers?
Daily we provide special support via Whatsapp, giving special attention and sending tutorial videos so that the customer feels comfortable using our services.
What would you say are the most important things to consider when creating a website?
Structure, speed, and optimization. A good space to host a website results in a fast and satisfactory quality of access for the end-user experience.
Speed is very important as a service for most customers. What are the speed solutions that 5MHost is offering to its customers?
Our servers operate with 16 processing cores, and 50GB of ram with SSD storage disks, making data reading faster than conventional storage spaces.
What are the top five things your hosting company is different from the competition?
Our customer care is a key point for us, that’s why we have 24/7 support via WhatsApp, exclusive tutorial videos for each customer’s question, a ticket center with answers in less than 24 hours regardless of the day of the week, and constant updates on hardware and software improvement.
Using the latest technology is very important to be on the top. What are the newest technologies that are speculated to enter the hosting market in the following period?
We use SSD storage to have more data speed and different layers of security on our server, we understand that security is paramount for our customers to be stable and more secure within our environment.

Speed, stability, and customer support.
