This Open Source framework aids in the deployment of secure infrastructure as Code(IaC) templates to the cloud. The Cloud Security Automation as Code (Susa) solution is a cloud provisioning engine with built-in static code analysis (SCA) for infrastructure as code, based on Prancer’s security platform(IaC).

During cloud infrastructure provisioning, the Susa framework is utilized to verify security needs. The Susa as Code engine can deliver the resources to the cloud. The resources can be deployed to the cloud using the Susa engine. The built-in or user-defined security policy, which includes security checklists, templates, and processes, can be used to evaluate IaC code.

This open-source solution for automated Cloud Template provisioning and deployments is a secure cloud provisioning engine. Susa provides a CLI based on bash scripting technology to automate repetitive processes in DevOps scenarios.

Susa is a framework that aids organizations in achieving consistency across numerous clouds, projects, and environments using IaC technologies like HashiCorp Terraform.

The Prancer Cloud Security Automation as Code (Susa) service is a cloud provisioning engine that works across many clouds. Susa can securely provide resources to

, , and . Susa’s multi-cloud capabilities give it a leg up on the competition when deploying DevSecOps guardrails across multi-cloud plans.

The open source-source framework is based on lessons learned through various engagements with leading cloud organizations that have used cloud enterprise features. Cloud provisioning, security scans, and auditing capabilities are all part of the engine’s design. Before beginning the provisioning process, Susa allows DevOps engineers to examine their IaC code for potential security hardening.
