Had raised a ticket with them for a simple change which is to change the IP Address of a DNS server. As of now 4 tickets has been raised because afte...
r a few days the ticket get closed and when called back they respond that the old ticket cannot be reopen and so to raise a new ticket. As on date. it 8 Months and almost 14 hours on call with the technicians since the tickets has been raised but no resolutions has been made yet.
And the worst part is that they never respond to your mails.
The whole "regular price" thing means that's how much they'll charge you once you renew. It doesn't say it explicitly, which is really shady. I wouldn...
