customers, and customer service deserves a 0/5. 100% of the times when issues came up, it took them forever to resolve (sometimes several days). They always send a list of copy/paste steps for you to do, and claim nothing is their problem. Huh?
I was a long standing customer for over a decade, and they took my education site offline, and wouldn't activate my account. It's pure theft. That company is run by criminals. Stay away.
