Step 1 - Adding a New CMS Page in Magento
Creating a new CMS Page in your Magento store is easy. To accomplish this, log into your Magento Admin Panel. Click Content then select Pages.
A new window with all your web pages will appear. Click Add New Page, to create a new CMS page.
This will take you to a new window, Enter the Page Title and set the Enable Page button to YES or NO.
Once you set the Page Title, scroll down and click the Content. In the Content section, enter the Content Heading and write a short description in the given Text box.
You can also select where you want the page to be viewed. Click Page in Website and choose one of the available options in the Store View.
Next, set the page layout, click Design and select how you want the page to display. Here you have different options including Column, Columns, Columns with left bar, and Columns with right bar. Choose the one that suits your style.
In addition, the new page in Magento gives options to set Search Engine Optimization and the Custom Design Update.
Once you have set everything, click Save Page to create the new Page.
The new page can be added to any other via a link widget. For example, to add the new page as a link on your Home Page. Go to the Home Page edit menu and click Content, then select Insert Widget.
Step 2 - Adding a new CMS Block
CMS Blocks help you structure your e-commerce website and separate product categories when adding them to the Home Page. To create a new Block in Magento, go to your Magento Admin area, click Content and select Blocks.
Click Add New Block.
