Step 1:

First of all, open your cPanel account and click on the file manager icon resides under the Files' section.

Step 2:

If you have your primary domain, only one domain, on the server, make sure you open the root directory. When you open the file manager, by default, you may see the home directory.

Step 4:

Refresh the directory and scroll down to find your new file. Right-click and choose HTML Editor; you can also use the standard HTML Editor option from the main menu.

Step 5:

A popup appears, where you may see a warning message to make you aware that you may see mixed content if the URL isn't the same as others, but don't worry about it.

Click on the Edit button.

Step 6:

A new tab appears on your browser, where you have to design your coming soon, page. There are so many options to use; it's just like Paint.

Once you finish designing the page, click on the Save button showing at the top-left corner of the toolbar.

Note: To make this work, you need to edit the .htaccess file.
