They boast a 99.8% uptime guarantee, but in reality it seems that most customers get a higher level of service than that.  Most companies today provide a 99.9% uptime SLA so it is not really clear why they wouldn’t at least do that.  Regardless, however, they do use good quality servers and do a good job at monitoring and supporting their systems so it is unlikely that you will run into any unexpected downtime.

When shopping for a hosting package you need to do a little clicking to find the list of what they have.  This is a minor inconvenience, but still worth noting.  Once you start looking at their shared hosting page you will see that you have to use a slider bar to see the different options.  This does look nice, but it really isn’t as easy to compare different packages.  The standard way of displaying this information is using a simple table, and that makes things a lot easier.  They do have six shared hosting options available ranging from .5 gigs of disk space to 25 gigs.  The higher end package options have unlimited subdomains, bandwidth and most other options too.

If you need something more powerful, their VPS solutions are a great choice. When looking at the VPS solutions you essentially have to choose how many CPU cores, how much memory, and a few other factors.  The sales page for VPS hosting is even more confusing than the one for the shared hosting though, which is a problem.  It really looks like they are trying to be modern, but failing to really think it through.

The tech support team is staffed 24/7 and is always ready to help you with anything you need.  They can identify problems with the servers quickly, and often have issues fixed before it causes any type of downtime.

The prices at each level are right in line with what you would likely expect to see for the features you are getting.  The prices are in the Chilean currency so keep that in mind.  Chile uses the same dollar sign to indicate currency, so that can be confusing at first glance. When looking at the VPS hosting you do get a lot of very precise configuration options, which impact the price.  Doing it this way does give customers direct control over what features they want and how much they will be paying.

As mentioned above, the website is not really that easy to use.  While it all works, the design just leaves something to be desired.  When working with actual sales or tech support, however, the teams are very responsive and have a reputation for assisting customers with any issues they may be having.

Overall Good Quality Hosting

This company does a good job at providing high quality hosting at a reasonable price.  If you need your site hosted in Chile, this is certainly not a bad option to consider.  While there are some issues to be aware of, they are more cosmetic in nature than anything else.
