Am schimbat recent firma de hosting de la mxhost la webteam. Sunt extrem de multumit de cat de rapid s-au mobilizat cei de la webteam in migrarea tuturor datelor de la cealalta firma.
Recomand tuturor celor care vor o firma de hosting de incredere tinand cont de costurile reduse ale acestora.

Cea mai buna experienta de hosting de pana acum, din toate punctele de vedere

Dupa o experienta foarte proasta cu NAV Communications si o experienta de cosmar cu Romarg, aproape ca ne-am resemnat ca asta este standardul serviciilor in hosting-ul din Romania, adica aroganta, lipsa de comunicare, dezinteres, ...Read Moreminciuni, tickete la care primim raspuns dupa niste zile, etc. Din pacate migrarea la un hosting extern nu este pentru noi o optiune, pentru ca rulam o aplicatie de dispecerat si avem nevoie de timpi de raspuns foarte mici.
Am continuat sa cautam si am gasit site-ul WebTeam si prezentarea de pe site. Parea "too good to be true". N-am mai facut greseala de pana acum si nu ne-am mai bazat doar pe prezentarea de pe site, am cautat si review-uri. Am ajuns aici pe hostadvice.com unde am gasit review-uri foarte bune despre WebTeam. Dupa ce am citit review-urile despre Romarg, am regretat ca nu am gasit hostadvice acum un an, ne-ar fi scutit de experienta dezastruoasa cu Romarg.

Am luat decizia sa migram la WebTeam si nu regretam. Cobaborarea de pana acum a confirmat intru totul prezentarea lor. Cu profesionistii de la WebTeam chiar putem comunica. Si nu doar prin tichete sau chat, ci telefonic, pe larg, am pus la punct toate detaliile. Am ales sistemul de operare de care am avut nevoie si ni l-au instalat. Au modificat configuratia serverului VPS si au adaugat resurse pentru a corespunde nevoilor noastre, fara a majora pretul. Am identificat impreuna solutiile pentru a maximiza securizarea serverului (la Romarg serverul a fost hack-uit de botnet).

In viitorul apropiat o sa migram si gazduirea site-ului si a email serverului de la NAV Communications la WebTeam. Less
