Hosted website down for 6 days and no response from host!
Patchy service at best. I've had minor issues resolved fairly quickly in the past. However, this is a whole lot worse! 6 days of my site being down, raised 5 tickets and still no comms from the host as to whats' going on.
When the service functions, it is mostly ok. The server runs on a cheap single core E3 processor, so no spectacular performance there. When there is an issue, WebSound tech support points out the problem and leaves it at that. The service is cheap, so all of that is fine. Still, my advice is to make customer satisfaction a priority. I'm switching. Good luck.

Assuming this is related to our KVMSD range of VPS services, we provide quality hardware at an affordable cost and an E3 processor is advertised on the website, these processors offer some of the best single core performance possible for server hardware; sorry if you feel this does not live up to your expectations.
In relation to support, we offer fully unmanaged VPS services (like many providers in our price range) and therefore support is offered primarily for issues within our control: Network, Hardware, Performance, Control Panel and so on - If your issue was related to your individual VPS, or software, this does not fall under unmanaged support unfortunately.
Customer satisifaction is a top priority and this is shown through the numerous amounts of online feedback across many different portals all of which rate us very highly.
I am very sorry that we did not fit the bill for you and can only wish you the best of luck in your hunt for a new provider.
