Lingua-IT is a reseller for WebSerwer.pl. They have been offering this service sine July of 2010 and seem to do a good job with it. This isn’t a traditional reseller relationship where Lingua-IT simply takes the exact services from WebSerwer and repackages them. Lingua-IT has a team of web developers, admins and others who also provide additional value to the transaction.
They provide good web hosting for a variety of different types of sites with their shared, VPS and dedicated servers. They seem to have a fairly good reputation for quality, though there is limited reviews and other information about them published at this time. Overall, however, it seems that most of their customers are quite satisfied with the services they receive.
Uptime & Reliability
They do not have an uptime guarantee, and really don’t talk too much about reliability, which is odd for a hosting company. The hardware and data centers they use do seem to be of good quality, however, so there aren’t likely to be issues. In addition, from what I have been able to gather from other sites and customer reviews is that they don’t typically have any significant outages.
Lots of Options
You’ll have no shortage of options to consider with this company, and for the most part they are quite generous. They have both Linux and Windows hosting available to provide you with the best possible experience. Within their shared hosting services they have four options ranging from entry level to ‘business.’ The limitations aren’t too bad, starting at 1 gig for a starter pack and going up to 100 gigs on their business option. Data transfer is always unlimited.
When you move up to the VPS solutions you will have three options to choose from with disk space starting at 30 gig and going to 120. The RAM you are given is split between dedicated RAM and burstable RAM. This means you’ll have the lower amount most of the time, but if you have times of high traffic, more is available as needed. This starts at 800MB (2.4GB burstable) and goes up to 3.2 dedicated.
They claim on some of their pages that they offer dedicated servers, but then they don’t have a page to sell them on. You may need to contact customer service to get it, or perhaps they don’t offer the service any longer.
Proficient Tech Support
This company seems to offer good quality technical support to their customers. They don’t talk too much about it before you sign up, but they are there 24/7 and have the ability to fix most types of issues.
They don’t have any self-help material that I have been able to find, which is unfortunate. Other than that though, there aren’t really any problems with their support services.
Fairly Standard Pricing
The pricing with this company is fairly typical. There aren’t really any great deals to be had, but for the level of service you get, you should be satisfied. They don’t rip you off, and from what I can find, they don’t have any hidden costs or other items that can result in a higher bill.
Not a Bad Choice
This is a decent hosting option if you’re looking for a service in this area. They have been around a while and there really aren’t many significant complaints to speak of. That being said, there really isn’t too much about them that makes them stand out from other options either.
- Lots of options to choose from
- Been in business for several years
- No uptime guarantee
- No dedicated servers (even though they say they have them)
