Unfortunately, they don’t really provide too much information about what all you get when you sign up for their hosting, which can make it difficult to evaluate.

The ‘economic’ option comes with a gig of disk space, 2 databases, cPanel, visitor reports and up to 20 email addresses. If you move up to the mid-tier option you will get 2.5 gigs of disk space, 50 email addresses and 5 MySQL databases. The top end package has 5 gigs of disk space and 100 email addresses along with 10 MySQL databases.
These hosting packages are ideal for WordPress and Joomla sites, which are the most common options. You can use these hosting packages to host any sites that are created with their help. While it would be nice to see some more advanced hosting options, this company does have a lot to offer.
The tech support with this company is quite good from the information they provide. In addition, I couldn’t find anyone complaining about it when reviewing their overall services. Their site does not provide much information or help files to help you learn more about hosting in general or how to fix problems so you’ll either need to turn to Google or work with their tech support for any problems you run into.
When looking at the pricing they have things listed with the US dollar sign, but it seems like it might actually be in Mexican Pesos. This is because the entry level option is priced at $799, mid-tier is $1049 and enterprise is $1299. For shared hosting, this would be extremely overpriced. Even if it is Pesos, however, it is still going to be overpriced. If they are offering some additional services like design or SEO work along with the hosting, it is not listed so that would be quite unclear.
I was unable to speak with this company directly because they speak Spanish only, but from what I can tell they do a good job at helping provide a good overall user experience. Their website is easy to navigate and they offer cPanel, which is the standard control panel used by most hosting providers today.
From what I am able to tell, it seems that they offer a good overall hosting experience to their users. In addition, they are among the best providers of web design, development and SEO work anywhere in Mexico. It would be nice if they clarified their pricing and features, however, as that is currently too confusing for my taste.
