I personally noticed the following:
- good bandwidth from Russia, especially with those unlimited offers;
- great pricing for such exotic location;
- proper uptime;
- CPU and RAM are not insanely oversold;
- friendly support and fast announcements, providing you with details of what is going on, if an issue arises;
- RAID duplicates are made even if you do not know it, I guess to prevent hardware failures;

Extremely bad experience with them. 5 days after my purchase i need an OS that the dont have , and the previous version of the OS, they have, but do not work....
Ask for my refund and, of course, only excuses and no money....
Stay away from them.

Your company Veesp is legally headquartered in Latvia, thus you are liable to Latvian laws. According to Commons Wikimedia:

So if Veesp's stance is to turn a blind eye to legitimate reports against a website you host, you are condoning plagiarism against all the conventions Latvian laws adhere to. It is in your best interest and reputation to take these reports seriously. I don't know which website the user above was reporting, but you have received multiple reports about Novelhd and know that ignoring them is abetting them.Less

We were unable to find anyone with the name Raja Kashmir in our database, also there were no SSD 32 orders from Iraq recently.

I won't recommend this provider for privacy not for anything else, their support is not good and it took many days without ticket answer and the ticket closed itself. I also read weird reviews about them over the Internet in various forums.

We were unable to find anyone with the name Don Lae in our database. According to our SLA maximum ticket response time is 24 hours (the average is 30 minutes), and unanswered tickets are never closed automatically. Please provide your ticket number for us to investigate the issue.

I was interested in Russian region servers and was just interested about how reputable you are, but I'll not try your service, not because of reviews, because of excuses and unfriendly answers. you just lost about 200 USD per month just from me seeing your replies.Less
