TuHost has been in business since 2008, though at that time they were operating under the name of Ezpazio.com. In 2013 they changed the name to tuHost and have been growing since then. They have everythign in Spanish on thier page, but their hardware is actually in Texas. It is not 100% clear but it seems that they own their own hardware (servers, ect) but rent floor space in a data center. This is a nice way of doing things for smaller hosting providers who want to have a high end data center without the expense of buying or building one.
In addition to good quality hosting services they also offer website design, online advertising and more to their customers. No matter which (or all) of their services you choose, the chances are you will have a good experience.
The hosting you will get with this company is quite good. They have a normal 99.9% uptime guarantee, which is nice. They also use nice quality hardware and operate out of a good data center so the chances are that you will experience a very stable hosting environment for your site or sites. When looking on social media and other locations i didn’t see any type of complaints or problems associated with this company’s reliability.
TuHost has done a great job at listing the features they offer with their hosting packages. When you look at their shared hosting page, for example, you will see four different package options with the price clearly displayed at the top. They then list the disk space (7 gig – 28 gigs) and that they have unlimited bandwidth for all packages. They also allow 2-10 domains depending on the package you choose.
cPanel in Spanish is included with all hosting packages, and all hosting packages also get a free domain name. As you scroll down you’ll also see all the normal hosting features that you would expect to see. The VPS solutions are also listed clearly and make it very easy to see exactly what you need.
The tech support offered by this company is quite good. They are on site 24/7 to help you with any issues you may run into and they can fix most problems right away. They also have a very nice knowledge base that offers a lot of excellent information for users. Of course, since the hosting quality is quite good, most people won’t ever need to use the tech support.
They list all their prices in annual dollar amounts, which can make it seem worse than it is when it comes to overpaying. The fact is, however, that they charge significantly more than you would expect to see for the level of hosting that they provide. For example, the entry level shared hosting package is $390 per year. The highest end shared hosting solution is $2200 per year. For shared hosting solutions this is all very high.
The hosting with this company is very good. They are stable and offer good quality features for the type of hosting that most people use (shared and VPS). The one issue that you’ll run into is the fact that they charge more than what you would expect to pay from any normal hosting company. For some people it may still be wroth it, but if you shop around a little it will be possible to get a better overall hosting experience for a lower price.
