TMDHosting has a lot of good features. However, I’d say its most unique feature is open-source hosting. You get to enjoy periodic upgrades from your preferred app/software at an affordable price.
Another unique feature of this platform is the Litespeed server. You get this server when you sign up for any cloud hosting plan. It is super fast and will reduce your loading time significantly.
Performance
When you have a higher server speed and quicker loading time, your website will give visitors a smooth user experience and this will lead to lower bounce rates. Search engines will reward your website with a better ranking which means more traffic and sales for you.
TMD promises 99.999% uptime, superfast server speed, and 16x faster loading time. To test the accuracy of these claims, I carried out a performance test on nativestudioart.net – a website hosted on TMDHosting.
The test tool was GTMetrix and these were the results;
Nativestudioart.net had a superfast response time of 234ms. However, its loading time was super slow at 6.8s (1-2s Industry Standard). The domain had an overall performance of 95% which is pretty excellent in my opinion.
