Aweful service, to be avoided at all costs. Broken network and server, non-existant customer service until you tell them you want a refund. They only reply if you ask for a refund or if you claim you want to cancel. If you try to cancel, they claim that your service will be cancelled. Yet, they still charge the next month. I have been a customer for several months, and have never otten to properly use my VPS because the providsions made by TheStack were invalid and a broken server was the result. I will be contacting my bank to be refunded for every individual charge TheStack has ever made against me, and will be contacting international agencies to prevent any other users from being scammed like I have. Avoid at all costs, unless you do not care about receiving what you paid for your money.

Having been with TheStack for 15 months, I am very satisfied with their service.
My blog was under attack because I have an article commenting about a listed company, I went to TheStack and asked for help, they helped me migrate the website to their server and mitigated the attack. In the 15 months the service has been solid, I never had any downtime (there were several maintenances but not within my timezone). I have less than 5 tickets till now, their support is not like my previous one just saying "we are working on your issue please standby" but is very helpful, they tell me what would be the reason to the issue, assisting me to locate the problem, I am really happy with it.

I have been using thestack.net for last six months and its network speed is excellent. Even though the un managed VPS, they provide tips to resolve the issue and also refer us to their server management partners for getting excellent service. For hosting a magento website , Thestack.net is best.
Avoid as much as possible. They don't have a money back guarantee (and they want to charge you $50-$150 if you want to get your money back because of the horrible web hosting service!) Their servers are buggy to the point they would block you if you try to upload or download more than 50 files (they you get stuck because you have no way of logging in any more). This is a foreign company with a very dubious legal presence in the UK (the UK government website says the company was dissolved).

1. TheStack is a Hong Kong SAR based company, not a UK company. 2. Our web hosting servers are connected to 10Gbps Premium BGP uplink, the routes are fully optimized to visitors throughout the world. All of our servers are set to be monitored 24x 7, we have custom scripts to avoid abuse on the server, it's very rare to experience any slowness. 3. We utilize cPanel/WHM as our web hosting control panel, you should not get blocked unless you failed to log in to the server too many times (which triggers the Brute Force protection). 4. You posted reviews on several platforms with different names, I am not sure if you are a competitor that intends to defame us, but I would like to invite you to test our services (again), I am 100% confident you will be satisfied with us.
