Site has been down for days now and nothing has been done to it, sent ticket, no one responds to it
I have written a review on them before, they swung to action and had it fixed after i came here to write a poor review about their service so thats why im here again to repeat same procedure. until they do what is right. their support is the worst i have experienced. you will send a ticket they will leave it unattended to for days. your website will be down and nobody will do anything about instead they still send you a ticket that your domain and hosting will expire soon.
I wish i had come here to see the reviews before mine. i am fuming with anger already. their customer support is the slowest i have ever witnessed/experienced. their chat is always offline. their server is not updated. i uploaded my files to their server. they said it takes about 4 to 72 hours to propagate. havent heard that before. eventually when it "propagated" i was having server incompatibility errrors.
They promise free SSL certificate on their web homepage, well maybe they are waiting for me to officially write them an email to install the promised free certificate, their service is generally awful.
This is an absolutely ridiculous claim. We have offered you a refund the time you feel that our service is not compatible with you and you refused by saying that if we solve the said issue then you would like to use our service and we did solve the issue and you are still writing a negative review. If your application is not working then it should be fixed from the code.
You have asked for the .net 4.7 version. Which we installed within a few hours and if your application still does not work with 4.7 then how it is the server issue.

First, the issue was on your slow support. second was about you responding swiftly the moment i requested for a refund which you then said you will make a partial refund (to refund only for the hosting and forcing me to keep the domain with you) third the request for what framework you were using came even before i asked for a refund and it was pending for hours and no one responded.
these are the issues. if you had responded swiftly or sent in an auto-generated message that due to covid (like you did explain much later) some of your support staff work from home and will likely be unusually slow. i will understand.
I did also say we started on the wrong foot and i have apologized for not being patient when you said it was due to covid.
i have had to downgrade my framework to 4.6 to enable it work on ypur server. and everything is working perfectly now.

I must say so far the service has been good and once again, sorry i was impatient.
it looks like they have finally packed up, first they suspended my domain with the excuse that i have exhausted my 500GB allotted size for the month, for a website that is barely 2months old then next i tried to login to send them a ticket using this to login https://www.superbytehosting.com/clients/clientarea.php but the login page has disaapeared. i hope i have not been scammed though
Oh they eventually came back alive guess i was been too hasty did i also mention that im impressed with how much they have improved as regards their customer support, yes they have improved.
It was a server glitch. Please login into your client area and see the proof yourself that your 2 domains used 536+GB in a month, in a shared hosting $30 quarterly plan.

Thats not true, even after sending several tickets. you still wont respond untill after 5 hours, what kind of service is that in 2020. you belong to the stone age.
Do not come here sounding like you have done the right thing please. i had sent over 4 messages telling you my website was having errors but you responded quickly the moment i asked for a refund.
To make the service worse, you are proposing to make a partial refund. Telling me you will be making a refund for only the hosting. thereby forcing me to buy domain from you. this is not how to do business. please do a full refund or fix the error on my website
