I was using this hosting since 6 months. But recently I was migrated my 6 websites from hostinger. By mistake my 1 database import another file that was wrong and my Google ranking drop. So I recommend don't migrate from any other hosting to this. Bcz this is very important to us. there migration support is very wrong.

Upon having a closer look, I can see that the migration was not based on WordPress but was custom PHP scripts, which we do not support as it is not a standard process and can require developer support based on the script or framework being used, however, we were happy to attempt the migration after making you aware of the same.
I can see that you were provided with all the temporary links beforehand, and we asked you to double-check before you update the DNS from your end to avoid any such issues as the ones you describe in your review.
I can also see that you have mentioned that you have checked the temporary links and would like to go ahead with the DNS changes (This is mentioned in your ticket response), therefore, the DNS changes commenced which may have caused the issue mentioned by yourself in this review.
