Well, an excellent hosting provider. I am happy with the way I am being looked after at Serverion phpBB web hosting. They are a good choice for both amateurs and experienced users. It's pleasant surprise that there is not any noticeable downtime.
Looking at our iptables rulesets I see that Serverion CIDR blocks are all on the perma-ban list. They must acquire new CIDR blocks periodically because "There, that's over and done with" is never over and done with. Six months later, more spam emanating from Serverion.
Looking at their whois information, there is no separate and unique email address to report spam to. Registration, info, support, DNS, abuse, it all points at the same email. Nor is there a googlable URL for spam reporting. This reflects how important eliminating outgoing abuse is to them.
We are sorry to hear you receive spam from IP’s originating from our network.
As network provider we provide IP’s and bandwidth to thousands of customers. Because of this we have a very active abuse department which follows up all abuse mails. If we get a report about spamming, the IP will je nullrouted immediately and the customer will be informed.
Feel free to mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have issues, we are happy to take these down as we don’t allow any spam on our network whatsoever.
I ended up here trying to find any similar issues caused by this company called Serverion.
I've been trying to find all their IPs so I can block all their range of IPs
I've blocked any IP/s that I believed it might belong to them and this has significantly improved our server, we are receiving much less spam. Spamming stopped for a while until recent days that I noticed Spammers come from this new IP 126.96.36.199/24 which I seem to have missed.
I've copied the whole list below, in case it helps other victims like me.
As far as I could tell these IPs belong to them, not that all of them have spammed us but I've tried to find all of them through sites and from people with similar experience then me.

Serverion is a spam factory and they don't take abuse reports seriously
Every few weeks, a spammer picks a subnet and spans voraciously from it. Same spammer, same span, different subnet. I report the IP range, send examples, block the subnet. Serverion does nothing .. nada zip. Never a reply, No action taken. Now they have escalated to complaining and bouncing my spam reports for coming from an untrustworthy domain. I'm sick of it. Their online forms offer no credible way to contact them. Don't use them. I'm blocking a dozen subnets at this point and will probably just block their server farm at some point for traffic to my servers. If you host with them, I'm not going to accept a connection from them. They're in short pathetic and probably contacting police in Netherlands a filing a report is the only thing they would pay attention to
