I have been with Servage for many years now and have always received the best deal. Servage gives lots of features like free SSL, autoinstall scripts, unlimited domains, Europe-based servers, and so on. Also, they have the fastest servers and great uptime, although I feel they can improve on the control panel interface part.
Servage support is one of the best in the industry, truly 24 x 7 support via chat and tickets.
I would strongly recommend Servage to all serious website devs and users.
I've been with Servage for 10+ years. Since last couple of years their service and support gone bad to WORSE. I don't recommend them to anyone anymore.
Servage customer for 12+ years. It was ok-ish in the beginning. Not that good, but also not very bad. A few years ago it went down hill. Software wouldn't be updated anymore (PHP, MariaDB), resulting in many warnings about vulnerabilities in any tool/suite one installed.
Server performance got slower and slower by the month. Example: a wordpress admin page often takes over 30 seconds to load. On a way bigger wordpress set-up hosted with a competitor it takes less then 0.7 seconds.
People from helpdesk are friendly and reply times are acceptable but they just can't, or won't, solve issues. It smells just like way too much overselling and I'm now at the point to transfer all my domains to elsewhere. Anywhere... as I feel it can't get worse then this.
Good: autoinstaller, CP (easy to handle), support (quick and helpful) OK: price (you can get some discounts if you ask for it), speed (keep in mind this is a shared hoster and not a VPS) Not that good: stability (some downtime lately), some features are missing
Good experience. Nice, friendly guys in support. Control panel seem to be unique (haven't seen it somewhere else). Plenty of features but some features may be missing (e.g. no file back up provided by Servage - so don't forget to make your own back up).
